X is a drawing of the letter “X” with rounded corners. They have a yellow body and lighter yellow limbs. They are purposefully drawn simplistically, with different assets and four fingers.
Personality[]
X has a cheerful and enthusiastic personality. X is often seen as energetic, friendly, and somewhat naive, which adds a playful and lighthearted element to the show. X's positive attitude and eagerness to help others are key traits, although their naivety can sometimes lead to unintended consequences.

X is agender, and the creators of BFDI have stated that all of the “algebraliens” don’t have genders.
Four stated in BFB 10 that "they don't have [gender] where they’re from.” (All algebraliens go by they/them pronouns.)
[Probable mistake on their script, feel free to remove or add this somewhere, i just wanted to bring this up] In BFB 23, before the elimination starts, X is probably mistakenly called a "him" by bubble, said like being "Actually, crew--it's no use telling him why. She's already on her way."

Four and X are confirmed to be dating.
In a livestream hosted by Michael Huang on August 6, 2018, When asked about his opinion on 4x, he replies with “No, don’t be sorry! I like the shipping! 4x is cool, I like 4x”[1], Later when asked about it again, he replies with “4x is definitely a real thing, their like Partners in Crime, y’know like, they host the show together”[2]
In Jacknjellify’s parody song of “All I want for Christmas”, titled, “All I want for X-Mas”, It is implied that Four wants to spend all of Christmas with X and X alone.[3]Four also refers to X as “Baby” multiple times, though this might be just be because of the original lyrics.
In most episodes of BFB, Four is shown to be overprotective over X and showing admiration over them, even wanting X to be close to them at all times, with X feeling flattered over it. In some episodes where Four is gone, X feels sad and lonely and constantly asks where Four is, he acts super happy when Four comes back and even shares hugs with him.
