Wyatt Whaley is a transgender bisexual character from The Blood Crow Stories.
Biography[]
Wyatt is a young man living in the Wild West. He was raised in Rosewood and was disowned by his family at age ten for being trans. When his town was attacked by the Savior's Apostles, he was knocked unconscious so that he could deliver a message from them to Sheriff Eli Thomas. Following this traumatic event, Wyatt joins Sheriff Thomas and his party on a quest to stop the Savior. When it turns out Eli killed his own son many years ago and the Savior is in fact his daughter - the killed boy's sister - looking for vengeance, Wyatt turns his back on Eli, as does everyone else in the party. After the Savior kills Eli, Wyatt becomes the new Sheriff of Blackchapel.

Personality[]
At the beginning of the quest, Wyatt is traumatised and afraid of everything, yet he still joins Sheriff Eli in order to try and stop the Savior. Observing his new friends fighting - and sometimes dying - for what they believe in, he slowly becomes more courageous and self-confident, and in the end he is deemed to be brave and wise enough to become the new Sheriff of Blackchapel.

Wyatt is a closeted trans man. He was disowned by his parents for being trans, which taught him not to talk about his gender identity. The only person he trusts enough to come out to is Adelaide Callaghan.
