Appearance[]
Star Butterfly has long lucious blonde hair that appears to go past her knees. She has large eyes containing a white scelras, black pupils, and brown Irises. Star has two pink hearts beside her mouth that appear to be birthmarks. Shes typically seen with a large white smile containing a perfect set of teeth. She has a small pointy nose and round ears. Her usual outfit is a light green collared dolly dress with a short chubby pink octopus design on it puffed up with white tuul. She always carries around a crossbody purse that has the design of a yellow star with a smiley face on it. Star wears light orange and dark pink striped leggings with long purple creature boots that have a set of teeth and a rhinoceros horn on them. Atop her head she wears plastic red devil horns. She has pale skin and is constantly seen carrying her wand with her wherever she goes.
Personality[]
Star is a very friendly and energetic girl who loves having fun and usually has an optimistic outlook on life. She loves to help others and whenever she sees that someone is upset, she does her best to cheer them up. Strangers, in her eyes, are just friends she has not met yet, and she feels bad if she hurts someone's feelings, whether intentionally or not. Star has a happy-go-lucky attitude and always tries to put a smile on everyone's faces.
Sexuality[]
Star is possibly bisexual in the episode "Ransomgram" when she sees Brunzetta for the first time. Even when Star blushes, the pupils of her eyes form a rainbow with three colors associated with the bisexual flag: pink, purple, and blue.
Even though Daron Nefcy, the creator of the show did not explicitly confirm her sexuality, we believe that Star is bisexual because Disney's censorship at the time did not allow LGBT themes in shows and movies to be fully shown.
Star is revealed to be bisexual in "Ransomgram" when she blushes for Brunzetta.

Relationships[]
Marco Diaz[]
Marco and Star have been best friends since Star came to earth. They do everything together, such fighting monsters and go on adventures together. They become boyfriend and girlfriend in the series finale.
Tom Lucitor[]
Tom is Star's childhood friend and ex-boyfriend. At first she had a few problems with him, and he almost tried to kill Marco, but they are currently best friends and allies.
Oskar Greason[]
When Star first arrived on Earth, she develops a huge crush and obsession on Oskar. She has had a crush on him for most of the show, but doesn't anymore when she realizes that she's in love with her best friend, Marco. However, aside from crushing on him, they are friends and Oskar enjoys Star's company.
Brunzetta[]
Brunzetta is a goddess of thunder and ally of Marco Diaz's that he met and went on adventures with during his 16-year search for Hekapoo in Dimension X-103. Brunzetta appears in "Ransomgram" when Star and Marco travel to the Neverzone to save Nachos from the Neverzonians. Marco summons her with the wails of trees in the Afflicted Forest, and Star becomes enamored with how cool she looks. It is stated that Marco met Brunzetta sometime during his 16-year search for Hekapoo in "Running with Scissors", and the two went on multiple dangerous adventures together.
At the Neverzone, Brunzetta helps Star and Marco liberate Nachos from the Neverzonians, and they all escape together. Later, Brunzetta reveals to Marco that when he stole the Neverzonians' Neverblade ("El Choppo"), he accidentally released a fire demon that plagued the Neverzonians for hundreds of years. When Marco decides to correct his mistake, Brunzetta helps him and Star defeat the fire demon and return the Neverblade to its resting place before she departs.
In "Gone Baby Gone", Marco summons Brunzetta again in Hekapoo's dimension after he and Star lose baby Meteora and Marco's baby sister Mariposa, and she expresses annoyance that Marco only summoned her to ask for directions. She also does not remember Star (due to their previous encounter being centuries ago from her perspective), to Star's dismay.
