Appearance[]
Rue has a bright pink sweater turtleneck, and she throws a denim romper on top. The romper has two gold buttons holding the straps, and the romper has two pockets too. Her skin is a light tan, and her eyes are hazelnut brown. her hair matches this being dark brown, with a slight tinge of purple. She has long black stockings, almost reaching he romper. Her shoes are Bright turquoise sneakers with white lace and sole. As most cartoons, she has four fingers.
Personality[]
As her description in the official site says, interests include art & interior design. She is sweet to kira, not being able to be mad at her for to long, as much dog owners-- Rue also is a young adult still figuring things out. Things don't always go right though, however when they do go wrong, she tends to act like nothing is wrong, much like the 'this is fine' meme.
