Biography[]
Philip's real name is Belial. He is one of demons who escaped Hell when its gates were open and now hide among humans. He lives in Gate City, a giant multi-level metropolis where the rich live on the top levels and have many resources while the poor dwell near the bottom where the resources are scarce.
When Kesha Charles closes the gated of Hell again, he is trapped there along all other demons.
