Perry was confirmed to be asexual by Dan Povenmire on Tik Tok[1].
Also in the episode "Act Your Age", Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh read a letter from one of the fans, that asked if Perry has a girlfriend, to which the creators said "No".
