Judas Blackthorne is an asexual character from The Blood Crow Stories.
Biography[]
Judas was born as Matthias in the Wild West. His mother was a Native American woman and his father was a white missionary. His tribe was killed in a massacre when he was young. He joined the Savior's so-called Apostles who were helping her in her bloody quest for revenge. He eventually betrayed them - earning the name Judas - and joined Sheriff Eli Thomas' party looking to stop the Savior. When the quest is over, he goes to live with the survivors from his mother's tribe.

Personality[]
Judas is struggling with the search for his place in the world, due to his mixed-race origin and his inability to follow through on the Savior's order to kill a man. Upon learning that Silver Shot was responsible to the slaughter of his mother's tribe, Judas gets furious at him, but they eventually make up when Silver explains that the massacre was a mistake, as he believed he was attacking an enemy camp and not a Native settlement.
