Biography[]
Joe is 10 years old trans boy living with his mother Sally in Montana. Sally isn't at all accepting of Joe's identity and tries to force him to live as a girl. When Joe's father Troy - an ex-convict divorced from Sally - arrives in town, he is sympathetic to Joe's struggle. Despite Sally having custody rights, Troy takes Joe on with him - wich legally constitues a kidnapping - as they flee into Monatna's wild forests. They initially enjoy the trip and their time together, but as their supplies start to run out and the authorities get on their tail, the situation becomes more and more stressfull. Eventually they are caught, with Troy getting arrested and Joe being sent back to his mother. After this ordeal, Sally becomes more willing to try and let Joe live as a boy.

Personality[]
Joe's goal is to be allowed to live as his true self. He idolizes his father Troy, even though Troy was absent for a considerable part of Joe's life.

Joe is a transgender man. His mother isn't accepting of this, and her views are made even stronger by Joe's young age. However, he is always sure that he is in fact a man and is willing to do whatever it takes to be able to live his truth.
