Frisk is a non-binary character from Undertale.
Biography[]
Frisk is a young child who climbed mount Ebbot and fell into the underground. Once there, they had to find their way out, meeting many monsters along the way. Since Frisk is the character the player plays as, most of what frisk does is determined by the player.
Appearance[]
Frisk is a small human child with yellow skin and dark brown hair that is medium in length. Their eyes are always closed, so their eye color is unclear. They wear brown boots/shoes and appear to also be wearing a blue and purple striped sweater and blue pants.
Personality[]
Frisk's personality is ambiguous, since they are the character the player plays as.
Gender[]
Frisk's gender is left ambiguous throughout the game and is only referred to with they/them pronouns.
Reaction[]
Overall, people either believe that Frisk is strictly non-binary or that the player should be able to reflect their gender onto Frisk. A lot of Undertale AUs depict Frisk as male, while a lot of fanart about Frisk depicts them as female.
