Bess and Addy meet up for coffee but Bess uses work as an excuse to leave the date because she wasn't into it. They run into each other at the Historical Society and Addy insults her. After seeing Addy again at the Youth Center, Bess finally opens up to her and Addy tells her that she's interesting, eventually the two kiss and they start seeing each other.
